Weather Policy

Tuscany Unveiled retreats take place rain or shine. Our schedule is thoughtfully designed to accommodate a variety of weather conditions, with flexibility built in so guests can still enjoy a rich and rewarding experience, regardless of the forecast.

 

Outdoor painting sessions, excursions, and meals are central to our retreat offerings. However, when inclement weather arises, we adjust plans as needed. This may include moving painting sessions indoors, rearranging the daily schedule, or substituting alternative group activities. We view unexpected weather as part of the adventure and often find that it sparks creative new experiences.

 

Please come prepared for a range of conditions. We recommend packing a light rain jacket, sturdy shoes, a sunhat, sunscreen, and layers to adjust to changing temperatures throughout the day.

Tuscany Unveiled does not offer refunds for changes to the retreat schedule due to weather. While we cannot guarantee sunny skies, we can promise an inspiring and memorable experience regardless of what nature brings.
