By accessing or using our website or participating in any Tuscany Unveiled retreat or event, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Overview

Tuscany Unveiled is a retreat experience operated by Anima Corp (a U.S.-based company) doing business as Tuscany Unveiled. Our retreats offer immersive cultural and creative experiences in Italy. All information provided on our website is subject to change without notice.

 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register for or attend a retreat unless otherwise specified. By making a booking, you confirm that you meet the age requirement.

 

3. Payments & Deposits

A one-third non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. The remaining balance is due no later than 10 days prior to the start date of the retreat. If full payment is not received by the due date, Tuscany Unveiled reserves the right to cancel your reservation.

 

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• A $1600 deposit is required to secure your spot. $800 of this deposit is non-refundable.

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the retreat start date are eligible for a refund of any amount paid beyond the non-refundable portion of the deposit, minus any transaction or processing fees.

• Cancellations made 6 or fewer days before the retreat start date are not eligible for any refund.

• If Tuscany Unveiled cancels the retreat, you will be offered either:

• A full refund, including your full deposit, or

• A full credit transfer toward a future retreat of your choice.

• Please note: Transaction and payment processing fees (e.g. Stripe, Wix, credit card fees) are non-refundable in all cases, as these fees are not returned to us by the payment providers.

5. Fees & Payment Options

Purchases made through our website are subject to additional ticketing and processing fees. To avoid these fees, you may contact us directly at info@tuscanyunveiled.art to arrange alternative payment by phone.

 

6. Health & Travel Insurance

All participants are required to obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to attending the retreat. This insurance should include, but is not limited to: coverage for trip cancellation or interruption, medical emergencies, personal injury, loss of personal belongings, and travel delays. Tuscany Unveiled is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of insurance or insufficient coverage. Proof of travel insurance may be requested prior to the start of the retreat.

 

7. Code of Conduct

All guests are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow participants, staff, and the local community. Tuscany Unveiled reserves the right to remove any participant from the retreat for behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and any materials provided during the retreat are the property of Tuscany Unveiled or its content creators and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Tuscany Unveiled is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the retreat, including but not limited to travel delays, illness, or acts of nature. Participation is at your own risk.

 

10. Changes to the Program

We reserve the right to modify or substitute aspects of the retreat itinerary, accommodations, or instruction as necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. We will always aim to provide equal or better value.

 

11. Privacy

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
