Welcome to Tuscany Unveiled.

By participating in a Tuscany Unveiled retreat, you acknowledge and agree that photographs and video footage may be taken during the course of the retreat by our team or authorized partners. These images may include participants, artwork, and the retreat setting.

Tuscany Unveiled reserves the right to use such photographs and video recordings for promotional purposes, including but not limited to use on our website, social media platforms, newsletters, printed materials, and other marketing or publicity efforts.

We are committed to representing our guests with care and respect. We will never sell or license your image to a third party and will not use any images in a context that could be considered misleading or inappropriate. If you have concerns about being photographed or would prefer not to appear in promotional material, please let us know in writing before the start of the retreat. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

If you create artwork during the retreat that you do not wish to be photographed or shared publicly, please let us know. We respect the rights of all artists and their creative process.
